Stable for interaction: Any touch shouldn’t bring shock to the monitor nor moving in position on the desk. The screen will stay steady when users touch, touch with stylus, even 10 points touch of two hands. This feature is to perform great customer interaction and user experience and busy operation places such as POS or self-orders.
Adjustment
The view angel, and operation angel can be various based on different user’s height, view habit and operation habit, standing position and arm/hand position or simply just user habit. So it is important to have bracket with flexible angel adjustment and be able to stop steady at any position, meanwhile be easy to adjust meeting different angel again whenever it is necessary to offer great operation and view angel so the user can feel comfortable even for a day long using.

The bracket should be large enough to offer steady support for the shock, and vibration from touch, still needs to be small enough to be beautiful and space-saving for an elegant look on the retail desk visible to customers.
